Directed a group of seven professionals within three teams; provided an elevated brand presence nationwide through shop installations, branded floor fixtures and counter top tester units. Initiated a consistent brand experience and path to purchase by establishing merchandising guidelines/schematics and POS collateral for all e-commerce, retail and professional points of distribution.
